Policy for Children Under the Age of 13

Creatures of Creation Ministries encourages parents to enjoy time together with their children on this site. However, no information should be submitted to us by children under 13 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian. We do not provide any personally identifiable information to any third party from any user under 13 years of age. When a user under the age of 13 registers for our newsletter or engages in any activity on our site, he/she is required to provide the E-mail address of a parent or guardian so that in turn, that parent or guardian receives an E-mail from us letting them know that the child has provided personal information to us. If for whatever reason, the parent or guardian objects to the child's registration with our site, we will remove the child as a user from our registration list. Creatures of Creation fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (C.O.P.P.A.).
